<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Les manifestations liées à l'exposition à des poussières de levure dans l'industrie agroalimentaire ont été étudiées chez des ouvriers exposés. Des symptômes respiratoires à type d'irritation O.R.L. et bronchique étaient plus fréquents chez les sujets exposés. De plus, le lendemain de l'exposition, une diminution des débits aériens était observée dans le groupe exposé avec, deux sujets, une élévation de la Créactive protéine. Des anticorps spécifiques ont été mis en évidence. Ces résultats font évoquer un mécanisme similaire aux pneumopathies d'hypersensibilité</abstract>
