<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Trois approches ont été utilisées pour cerner la santé mentale et les facteurs de risque de décompensation psychonévrotique du personnel paramédical, étudié au niveau des groupes: l'approche ergonomique, par l'analyse de journées completés de travail, mettant en évidence la place laissée aux échanges parlés dans l'équipe et avec les malades en fonction de l'architecture et de l'organisation du travil; l'approche par interviews semi-directives du vécu du travail; l'approche épidémiologique, avec définition de plusieurs indicateurs de santé mentale, permettant de rechercher l'exintence de liaisons avec des facteurs de risques sociaux et professionnels. Cette étude a porté sur 1.505 femmes</abstract>
