<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Cette approche épidémiologique systématique des travailleurs de (E.D.F.-G.D.F.) implique le développement d'outils standarisés et fiables d'évaluation des expositions professionnelles. La Division épidémiologie du Service général de médecine du travail d'E.D.F.-G.D.F., en association avec l'Unité 88-I.N.S.E.R.M., a mis en place le projet MATEX, consistant en la réalisation d'une matrice emplois-expositions spécifique de ces entreprises. Cette matrice permet d'évaluer pour l'ensemble des métiers existant et ayant existé à E.D.F.-G.D.F., l'exposition moyenne à une trentaine d'agents potentiellement cancérogènes des listes 1, 2A et 2B du C.I.R.C., utilisés dans l'entreprise. Chaque nuisance fait l'objet d'un recueil de données concernant les tâches qui entraînent une exposition, qui permet d'établir des indices de probabilité et d'intensité d'exposition, utilisables pour des enquêtes épidémiologiques</abstract>
