<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Ce travail porte sur l'étude de la mortalité générale dans une cohorte rétrospective de salariés exposés au moins deux ans au chloroprène. Sur 642 personnes, 32 décès ont été répertoriés. On n'observe pas de surmortalité pour le personnel travaillant dans l'usine par rapport à la population générale. Par contre, on observe une augmentation du risque de mortalité pour les personnes exposées durant les premières années par référence aux personnes exposées plus tardivement, à l'interieur de l'usine</abstract>
