Sumario: In this communication they report the effect of exposure to aluminium on concentrations of essential metals in foundry workers. They measured concentrations of aluminium in serum and urine. Iron, copper, and zinc in the serum were also measured as well as lead and cadmium concentrations in whole blood. The Al exposed workers were compared with non-exposed subjects
