Sumario: Information gathered in the "Zutphen Study", the Dutch contribution to the Seven Countries Study was used for this study. In the present study it is analysed the effects of occupational state, lung function, and smoking habits on incidence of chronic non-specific lung disease (CNSLD), mortality from CNSLD, and total mortality in the Zutphen Study, to provide further evidence for the relation between these variables
