Sumario: J001X is a 34 kD chemically characterised Klebsiella membrane glycolipid that selectively concentrates into macrophages. In the present study J001X scintigraphy was performed in an experimetnal model of lung berylliosis in baboons to assess if this technique could be of value for detecting occult berylliosis
