<abstract displayLabel="Summary">An X-ray diffraction method is given for the direct quantitative determination of crystalline phases in respirable dust. The incorporates a convenient technique for the correction of absorption effects. Analysis was done directly on a Nuclepore filter as used in a personal sampler. The method was applied to a-quartz determination in dusts sampled in a variety of industries</abstract>
