While bronchitic and asthmatic symptoms and allergic reactions were not abnormally frequent under those conditions, pulmonary function tets showed a reduction in vital capacity and a decrease in the diffusion constant in subjects who had worked longest in places directly exposed to isocyanates</dc:description>
