<subfield code="a">An occupational hygiene survey was conducted to investigate airborne hydrocarbon concentrations at an oil refinery land reclamation project in Ontario. The results of the investigation indicated that all the sampled airborne hydrocarbon concentrations were below both the current threshold limit values (TLVs) and the current occupational exposure limits of Ontario. The survey was carried out under 'worst case' conditions and that generally exposures will be lower than those given in this paper</subfield>
