At present there is available voluminous data on where and when accidents occur, what elements are involved in the accidents, and who is the victim, but the information now being reported by the National Safety Council is useful in defining the magnitude of the accident problem. It does not have sufficient reliable information on the effectiveness of corrective measures</abstract>
