<abstract displayLabel="Summary">La existencia de un nuevo marco legislativo en el ámbito universitario español sugiere una oportunidad social de conformar los estudios/formación a las expectativas que suscitan en nuestra sociedad los esfuerzos seguidos en el campo educacional determinado por la dirección de empresas. Marginando tópicos relativos a la concepción de la Universidad que, de seguir considerados como vigentes, dificultarían el diseño futuro que fundamente el nuevo desarrollo de este tipo de formación, se señalan las necesarias condiciones que oferta la legislación en orden a caracterizar las nuevas dimensiones</abstract>
