<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Les risques professionnels d'infection par le virus de l'immunodéficience humaine sont théoriquement faibles puisque le chiffre le plus communément avancé est de 0,3% après piqûre par aiguille souillée avec du sang infecté. La comparaison avec les risques beaucoup plus importants de transmission avec du virus de l'hépatite B, qui sont 100 fois supérieurs doit être tempérée. L'objet de ce travail est de rendre compte de la sensibilisation des différents soignants aux problèmes de l'infection à partir du matériel souillé, et ce dans un hôpital où il n'y a pas de service de maladies infectieuses directement impliqué, mais recevant sans exclusive des malades atteints de S.I.D.A. ou des sujets séropositifs</abstract>
