<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Las consecuencias de la transposición de la norma comunitaria a los ordenamientos jurídicos internos arroja una primera consecuencia esencial, se consagra jurídicamente hablando el principio de la no elasticidad de la póliza o pólizas acordeón. La póliza de responsabilidad civil de vehículos de motor conservará siempre la más amplia garantía de la Ley cuando los efectos derivados, por razón de accidente, en el territorio de otro Estado, cuya Ley tenga establecidos límites de cobertura y condiciones de garantía más bajos y restrictivos que la propia emisión. Ello conlleva la no mutación de las condiciones del aseguramiento con el objeto de dotar a los asegurados y a las víctimas de una mayor protección</abstract>
