<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Le méthode d'essai au choc des plaques en amiante-ciment renforcées a été appliquée à 44 types de plaques de couverture légère. Des essais de résistance à la traction sur éprouvettes ont montré les effets possibles du vieillissement, de la présence d'entailles et surtout de la température sur la résistance des plaques. L'influence des conditions de pose et la signification statistique des résultats ont été également discutées. Les valeurs de résistance annoncées pour les plaques essayées doivent être considérées comme des indications et non comme des caractéristiques</abstract>
