<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Reflexiones elaboradas desde una doble perspectiva: en primer lugar, constatando una serie de hechos estructurales que tienen una decisiva incidencia sobre el comportamiento del empleo y del funcionamiento del mercado de trabajo; de otra parte, y a la luz de los hechos, sugerir una serie de propuestas relativas al funcionamiento de los mercados, considerando a éstos en toda su amplitud, desde el acceso a los mismos hasta las contingencias relativas a la suspensión, extinción y cese en la actividad productiva por parte de los trabajadores</abstract>
