<abstract displayLabel="Summary">La méthode par traçage consiste à suivre au moyen d'un gaz traceur un polluant gazeux émis par une source à débit constant afin d'en déterminer le débit massique. L'étude démontre la validité de la méthode par traçage pour la détermination du débit d'émission d'une source polluantee constituée par un bain de solvant placé à l'air libre. Des limitations ont cependant pu être mises en évidence lorsque cette source se trouvait placée en air très calme (vitesse de l'air au-dessus du bain inférieure à 10 cm/s environ). Mais cette situation n'est certainement pas la plus commune en milieu industriel où les vitesses d'air moyennes sont largement supérieures. Il est envisagé d'étendre cette méthode au cas des sources de polluant particulaire, très fréquentes en milieux industriels (poussières de bois, brouillards d'huile, fumées de soudage, etc.)</abstract>
