Para comprender la magnitud efectiva del retraso respecto del contexto estadounidense ha sido necesario analizar también el caso norteamericano. Como conclusión se hace una breve referencia a otra potencia económica importante, el Japón, así como a algunos países en vías de desarrollo</abstract>
