<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Expertos reunidos en Barcelona analizaron el fraude existente en el negocio de los llamados productos milagro, artículos de dudosa eficacia y publicidad engañosa cuya proliferación crea alarma entre asociaciones de consumidores. Desde finales de 1994 hasta julio de 1995, la Consejería de Comercio, Consumo y Turismo de Barcelona ha inspeccionado 191 productos alimenticios, dietéticos, medicamentos, cosméticos, magnéticos e industriales de los que 25 han sido objeto de expediente sancionador. Médicos y farmaceúticos realizaron un ejercicio de autocrítica respecto al fracaso de la medicina oficial en algunas materias y a la venta de estos productos en despachos oficiales</abstract>
