<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Las concentraciones de muchos contaminantes que se transmiten por el aire son a menudo más altas en el interior de los edificios y vehículos que fuera de ellos. Cada vez se hace más patente que permanecer bajo techo, como por ejemplo en una casa, oficina o automóvil, puede ofrecer protección contra la exposición a algunos agentes transmitidos por el aire, mientras que, al mismo tiempo, incrementa la exposición a otros. El autor destaca seis factores principales que generan preocupación respecto a la sanidad del aire bajo techo</abstract>
