<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Dans l'industrie alimentaire, les contraintes d'hygiene limitent le choix des milieux absorbants acoustiques classiques. Les matériaux susceptibles d'être utilisés dans ce secteur industriel ont été recensés. Une étude théorique et expérimentale a été entreprise: d'une part, une modélisation de leur comportement acoustique a été mise au point et d'autre part, udes mesures du coefficient d'absorption des matériaux existants dans le commerce ont été réalisées. Le modèle a été validé en comparant les valeurs mesurées aux valeurs calculées. Il a ensuite été utilisé pour mettre en évidence l'évolution du coefficient d'absorption en présence d'un espace d'air à l'arrière du matériau. Enfin, une étude prévisionnelle a montré l'intérêt de recourir à ces matériaux même sur des surfaces limitées au plafond, pour réduire la réverbération des locaux, lorsque la contribution du champ réverbéré par les parois sur le niveau de bruit aux postes de travail joue un rôle déterminant</abstract>
