<abstract displayLabel="Summary">L'introduction sous-cutanée d'un fluide, d'un semi-fluide ou d'un gaz au membre supérieur est un accident rare dont la gravité, souvent révélée par l'atteinte secondaire du revêtement cutané, peut compromettre l'intégritée fonctionnelle du membre atteint. Bien qu'en apparence bénigne, l'injection d'une substance toxique peut provoquer une nécrose extensive des parties molles dont la prise en charge difficile n'évite pas toujours les séquelles importantes. A partir de l'analyse d'une série de patients, les auteurs proposent une conduite thérapeutique et insistent sur la nécessité d'une prevention de ces accidents</abstract>
