La normativa sobre máquinas está constituida por dos tipos de disposiciones: las disposiciones, dirigidas a los fabricantes, que regulan su comercialización (en España o en toda la U.E. caso de que exista una directiva comunitaria aplicable) y las disposiciones, dirigidas a los empresarios, que regulan su utilización</abstract>
