<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Recientemente, la Ley 4/1997 de 24 de marzo ha modificado el régimen jurídico de las llamadas "sociedades anónimas laborales", que procedían, en su mayoría, de situaciones de crisis de otras empresas que se habían resuelto mediante la cesión de su patrimonio al conjunto de los miembros de la plantilla laboral y nacían auspiciadas y en casos subvencionadas. En este artículo, el autor plantea la nueva situación jurídica de dichas sociedades</abstract>
