<abstract displayLabel="Summary">El Real Decreto 39/1997, de 17 de enero, por el que se aprobó el Reglamento de los Servicios de Prevención previsto en la Ley 31/95 de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales, considera indisoluble la gestión empresarial con la gestión de la seguridad y salud laboral. En este sentido, el autor muestra sus dudas sobre si esta filosofía podrá calar en la cultura empresarial española. Este reglamento recoge las exigencias normativas en materia de organización, planificación y auditoría, que se instrumentará a través de acciones de evaluación de riesgos, planificación de la actividad preventiva, mecanismos de control y formación</abstract>
