<abstract displayLabel="Summary">El trabajo monótono de la línea de producción sigue siendo un problema que causa diversos malestares a los trabajadores de fábricas en el mundo occidental, pero el problema está desviándose hacia los países en los que la mano de obra es más barata. La adición de un toque de variedad ayudaría a promover la satisfacción en el trabajo y a aliviar la monotonía del trabajo en las fábricas. El trabajo de la línea de producción produce trastornos del sistema musculoesquelético, lesiones debidas al esfuerzo repetido y agotamiento mental. Y se pierde tiempo y dinero valiososo a causa del absentismo</abstract>
