<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Más de la mitad de la población española está expuesta a niveles de contaminación acústica superiores a los 65 decibelios, el nivel señalado por la Organización de la Salud como límite a partir del cual el organismo humano empieza a sufrir alteraciones. Intentar corregir hoy esta situación es poco menos que imposible, pero desde el Ministerio de Medio Ambiente se está preparando una Ley de Protección contra la contaminación acústica, que por lo menos llenará el vacío legal</abstract>
