<abstract displayLabel="Summary">En este artículo, el autor describe la experiencia llevada a cabo por el área de Consultoría de RR.HH. y Formación de Pricewaterhouse-Coopers para el desarrollo de un programa de formación de directivos impartido, de forma simultánea, en varios países europeos. Las principales conclusiones que se han podido obtener de esta experiencia se resumen en los cuatro puntos que se describen en el artículo, que van desde la apreciación de idénticas necesidades formativas al benchmarking de la oferta de formación en los diferentes países de aplicación del programa</abstract>
