<abstract>Des campagnes de mesures de l' exposition professionnelle ont été réalisées dans deux menuiseries mettant en oeuvre des bois traités (imprégnés par des solutions contenant du cuivre, du chrome et de l'arsenic - CCA). Bien que le chrome soit sous sa forme la plus toxique (chrome VI) dans la solution d'imprégnation, le caractère réducteur de la cellulose du bois a pour effet de le transformer en composants probablement trivalents. De ce fait, l'expositions au chrome VI est minimale. Les expositions au chrome total et au cuivre sont largement inférieures aux valeurs limites d'exposition française et américaine. Seule l'exposition à l'arsenic atteint un niveau significatif dans les deux ateliers. L'application efficace des mesures de prévention liées à l'utilisation du bois suffit pour assurer la prévention des risques liés à la présence de CCA</abstract>
