<abstract>Según el autor, hay que introducir innovaciones que permitan una mejor y más eficaz prevención y cobertura de los accidentes de trabajo a menores costes. Las primas se fijan como porcentaje de los salarios, sin tener en cuenta la edad ni la situación familiar del asegurado. La experiencia ha demostrado que los asegurados con elevada siniestralidad no pueden soportar con penalizaciones las bonificaciones concedidas a los que tengan derecho a ellas. El sistema bonus-malus debe ser un fuerte incentivo para que las empresas instrumenten sistemas eficaces de prevención</abstract>
