Según los datos de la DGS, las consultas y reclamaciones presentadas durante 2000 ascienden a 6.281, una cifra ligeramente inferior a la de 1999. Sin embargo, la mayor reducción se ha producido con las consultas, mientras que las reclamaciones han seguido creciendo</abstract>
