<abstract>Garantir la sécurité des salariés et de l'environnement constitue toujours l'un des soucis majeurs inhérents aux activités de désamiantage. Cinq ans après la mise en place des réglementations, comment les hommes de terrain et les entreprises  se sont-ils appropié les informations? De quels moyens disposent-ils? Quels sont les obstacles et les réponses  apportées par la prévention? Sur le campus de la faculté de Jussieu,  à Paris, nous verrons comment une entreprise de désamiantage s'organise autour d'une opération importante, déployant méthodes et moyens pour assurer une sécurité exemplaire de ses chantiers. Puis nous envisagerons le "risque amiante" au centre d'enjeux multiples et complexes pour mieux comprendre le rôle et les implications des différents acteurs. Avec l'examen des mises en oeuvre visant à assurer la qualité et la sécurité des interventions les atouts et les limites de la législation seront finalement pointés</abstract>
