<abstract>NFPA examines its role of providing the fire service with standards that aid the response to terrorism. The attacks on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon present many challenges to NFPA. As with any disaster, NFPA will review its fire service code and standards and make appropiate changes, if changes are necessary</abstract>
