<abstract>Este artículo expone una serie de reflexiones que en el momento actual, tras los atentados del 11 de septiembre en Nueva York, recorren el panorama de la Seguridad Mundial. Como la posibilidad de ataques a centros neurálgicos de un país a través de Internet, lo cual ha producido un giro trascendental en el desarrollo de los futuros sistemas de seguridad referidos a todas las situaciones de prevención o riesgo, ya no sólo en el entorno físico sino también en el entramado cibernético</abstract>
