<abstract>Avec la fermeture programée de certaines décharges, il devient primordial pour les communes de prévoir des solutions globales et pérennes de traitement des déchets ménagers. Les préventeurs doivent poser le problème de la sécurité au plus tôt. De la multiplication des exploitations -couplée à la diversification des voies et modes de traitement- a émergé une problématique qui a autant trait à la sécurité des personnes qu'au respect de l'environnement. Quand certains risques semblent mieux maîtrisés, de nouveaux enjeux voient le jour. Le second volet de ce dossier se propose d'en développer certains aspects</abstract>
