A study conducted at the OECD Halden Reactor Project addressed the issues of team performance in different plant interface and staffing conditions. Team performance in simulator scenarios was assessed using a diverse set of measures to capture various aspects of performance. Crews of licensed nuclear power plant operator participated in realistically simulated conditions to identify the effects of interface type and staffing configuration on different aspects of team perforrmance
