To meet the needs of the Region, OSHA offers a range of education and compliance assistance programs. While there is plenty of work for OSHA officers, they are aided by a business community that is mindful of best practices, and by a region in which unions and skilled workers have a comparatively strong presence compared to other regions of the United States</abstract>
