<abstract>Les essais d'incendie réel dans les tunnels avant leur ouverture se pratiquent depuis une trentaine d'années en France. Ces essais, renforcés par les retours d'expériences tirés des gros sinistres survenus ces dernières années ont permis de dégager un certain nombre de solutions techniques de prévention et de protection. L'adéquation des systèmes de ventilation et de désenfumage dans les tunnels routiers a été vérifiée lors des campagnes de mesures expertes. Figure: Incendies historiques de tunnels</abstract>
