<abstract>Un estudio realizado conjuntamente durante tres años por Penna Consulting y Granfield School of Management ha revelado cuáles son las competencias colectivas que, a su juicio, propician el éxito de los equipos. A partir de estos resultados, confeccionaron un cuestionario, que permite descubrir los puntos fuertes y débiles de los equipos y las áreas de posibles buenos resultados o de rendimiento deficiente. El cuestionario sirve de apoyo para planes de desarrollo de equipos y de personas individuales</abstract>
