Notas: Professor Barnett's analysis demostrates that the direct contribution that CAPPS II(Computer-Assisted Passenger Prescreening System) will make to increased safety is problematic. His disinclination to take on the questions of privacy and the potential intrusiveness of the CAPPS II(Computer-Assisted Passenger Prescreening System) system suggest to me that he may also have underestimated the costliness of the system over time.
