<abstract>En la construcción intervienen una serie de figuras y se hace uso de un conjunto de instrumentos preventivos que siendo exclusivos de este sector, determinan modelos específicos de gestión de los riesgos con gran influencia en el grado de seguridad en la obra. Este trabajo, intenta clarificar, las obligaciones de cada parte y las relaciones internas en la obra, teniendo en cuenta las modificaciones aportadas por la Ley 54-2003</abstract>
