You are what you eat : testing times as FDT sector neglects risk
Aon's food, drink and tobacco (FDT) survey examines how companies are managing risks in a volatile and difficult environment. And it reveals that although risks emerge from any number of different sources the FDT sector is neglecting to respond to the issue. While different functions manage different risks, they do not always link risk across the company, and as a result they under-manage some risks and let others slip by
