<abstract>En numerosas ocasiones existe una diferencia entre el riesgo estimado con criterios técnicos y el que percibe el trabajador. De ahí que sea importante fomentar el intercambio de información sobre riesgos y estudiar qué estrategias de comunicación son las más adecuadas para potenciar actitudes y comportamientos más seguros de los empleados. Con su participación, además, se favorece el compromiso y la confianza en las iniciativas de control de riesgo establecidas por la empresa</abstract>
