<abstract>La hostelería hospitalaria es un amplio campo laboral en el que se encuentran un gran número de trabajadores y por ello la posibilidad de riesgo laboral es grande. Todo trabajador del mundo de la hostelería hospitalaria deberá conocer los principales riesgos laborales que existen en su trabajo y las distintas medidas preventivas que existen para hacerles frente.</abstract>
