<abstract displayLabel="Summary">La jubilación marca el comienzo de una nueva etapa en la vida de las personas, que se encuentran ante un cambio que, de no saber afrontarlo, puede suponer situaciones de grave crisis individual y social. Hay que adaptarse a vivencias nuevas, entre otras, disponer de un tiempo libre no estructurado por los demás. Dentro de estas preocupaciones, la Empresa Nacional de Electricidad ha organizado, desde su Departamento de Asuntos Sociales, un completo Plan de Preparación a la Jubilación, del que es producto este libro, cuyos capítulos constituyen un asesoramiento valioso sobre temas relacionados con el envejecimiento (sociología de la tercera edad, medicina preventiva, forma de vida, ciudadanía, cuestiones jurídicas, económicas y fiscales... ), con la finalidad de facilitar la integración de los jubilados en la sociedad.</abstract>
