Se examinan también sus consecuencias y cuál es el perfil de las personas más propensas a padecerlo. Asimismo, se incluyen diferentes cuestionarios de evaluación, que facilitan su medición, y se exponen diversas técnicas (individuales y organizacionales) que pueden emplearse para afrontarlo</abstract>
