En España, los juzgados aún no han tenido ocasión de pronunciarse sobre el deber de información del fabricante en relación con el consumo de tabaco, pues las escasas reclamaciones judiciales que han sido formuladas se encuentran todavía en fase de tramitación</dc:description>
