<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Estado de la cuestión en Francia sobre el deber de informar a los consumidores de tabaco sobre los prejuicios que puede deparar, tras una sentencia recientemente dictada por un tribunal de Montargis, localidad francesa situada al sur de París. En España, los juzgados aún no han tenido ocasión de pronunciarse sobre el deber de información del fabricante en relación con el consumo de tabaco, pues las escasas reclamaciones judiciales que han sido formuladas se encuentran todavía en fase de tramitación</abstract>
