<abstract displayLabel="Summary">El pasado 1 de abril se publicó en el BOE el Real Decreto 404/2010, por el que se regula un sistema de reducción de las cotizaciones por contingencias profesionales a las empresas que hayan contribuido especialmente a la disminución y prevención de la siniestralidad laboral (Orden TIN/1448/2010 de 2 de junio). La norma desarrolla un sistema de incentivos sobre las inversiones que hayan contribuido a la eliminación o disminución de riesgos de aquellas empresas cuya siniestralidad no supere los límites que se establezcan para su sector de actividad y que, además, cumplan determinados requisitos. Antonio Cirujano despeja todas las incógnitas sobre la nueva normativa y ha elaborado una interesante guía para comprender el funcionamiento del sistema de reducción de las cotizaciones, más conocido como bonus/malus».</abstract>
