<abstract displayLabel="Summary">En los últimos tiempos se están promoviendo innumerables eventos sobre el momento que vive la Mediación de Seguros. Más desde la perspectiva de corredurías que de los agentes exclusivos, que algunas compañías denominan agentes generales, delegados o, conforme al término legal, simplemente agentes exclusivos. Tomando como punto de partida la observación de lo que está pasando en Francia alrededor de los agentes generales, y ciertos comentarios que escuchamos en España, paso a poner encima de la mesa unas reflexiones sobre cómo es y cómo tendría que ser, desde mi punto de vista, una relación fructífera entre agentes exclusivos consolidados y compañías </abstract>
